You leave the consultation with a written plan and a price. What you do with it is your business.
No treatment your skin cannot take
Reactive barriers get LED and time. We would rather lose the booking than the barrier.
No results photography we cannot stand behind
Same lighting, same camera, same angle, no filters. That is why there are so few of them.
No auto-renewing memberships
Programmes end. If you want another, you ask us for it.

Before you take the quiz
No. It is the programme we would start you on based on what you have told us, and it is right most of the time. The consultation exists to confirm it under proper lighting — and occasionally to send you to a dermatologist instead of to us.
Yes, and that is the honest trade: we send the full breakdown to your WhatsApp so you have it after you close the tab. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it on.
It happens, and the consultation is where we say so. Roughly one in twelve people who come in get a plan that mixes two programmes, and a few get told to see their GP first.
They are the starting prices, and the consultation confirms the total in writing before anything is booked. Nothing gets added on the day.
Yes. Programmes are billed per session, not up front, precisely so that you can.
Tell us in the first message. Several actives and every laser come off the table, but the barrier and glow work does not, and we adjust the plan rather than turning you away.
