The Glasshouse Loft

Original timber columns and exposed brick run the length of the loft, offset by a new steel-and-glass partition that closes the second bedroom without cutting the light. The kitchen sits on the long wall so the volume stays open end to end.

Both bathrooms were rebuilt in 2022 in poured concrete and blackened steel. There is a full laundry room, and the building offers a shared roof terrace with a direct view of the Manhattan Bridge.

Available furnished or unfurnished on a twelve-month minimum. Cats and dogs welcome with a pet deposit.
