The kitchen runs on two islands with a separate catering kitchen behind it. There is a gym with a steam room, a screening room seating ten, and a garaged motor court for four cars plus staff parking.

Completed in 2022 to a specification that has not been lived in hard — the estate has been a second residence since handover.
